Velja is incredible helpful. You set it as your default browser and after doing so you have a bunch of different options. I have configured it in that way, that still every Link will open in Safari but if I want to I can just choose a different one. You can configure links that always open in a certain browser of your choice, remove tracking parameters and much, much more. Just have a look, it's free.
