Drafts is the SAK for text. There is nothing, absolutely nothing, that is not possible with the text editor that runs on macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS - thanks to a lively community that provides a variety of actions. The UI is a bit confusing, I still confuse the function of the icons even after years, but nonetheless, Drafts is an indispensable tool for me. The catch phrase is 100% right: It's where most of my text starts.
