Book Track(er) is a really nice app to - guess what - track all the books you own, their reading progress, and what you want to read. There is a version for iOS / iPadOS and another one for macOS. They sync via iCloud. Give it a try when you're not looking for a generalist, like Sequel, but for a specific app with a broader feature set.
